Meet Your Guide

My guests have boated more 30+ pound (including a 40.09 pound) Striper this year and looking for more. My goal is to get my guests their personal best Lake Lanier Striped Bass (aka Striper) on every trip I’m on. I have targeted and caught these hard fighting Lake monsters since their introduction into Lanier over 30 years ago. On a typical day with me I will teach you the most effective techniques to find and catch your personal best Lanier Striper. I like to target these fish early and after we accomplish that we can target many other species including the famous Lanier Spotted Bass. Pound for pound and on the right tackle they put up an awesome fight. After you get a chance at both species YOU decide what you want to target and the remainder of our time will be spent doing what you want to do. I always put forth my best efforts for my guests. OBFA is licensed, insured and CPR Certified . OBFA is permitted by the USACOE to conduct fishing charters on Lake Lanier.
